British Columbia PNP: Immigrate to Canada without a job offer
If you have a bachelor’s degree in science from an eligible British Columbia institution, you can obtain permanent Canadian residency without a job offer.
Science graduates may be eligible to apply for a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) called Skills Immigration – International Postgraduate Category.
Under this category, the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) gives priority to immigration candidates who have completed a master’s or doctoral (PhD) degree in the following natural, applied or health science programs:
- Agriculture;
- Biological and biomedical sciences;
- Computer and information science and support services;
- Engineering;
- Engineering Technology;
- Health professions and related clinical sciences;
