Here are the general minimum requirements to be eligible for application to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program:

Attain minimum score of 60 out of 100 in the MPNP assessment grid:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Candidate should be older than 21 years and younger than 45 years of age.
  • They should have a valid job offer or an occupation in-demand.
  • Should have at least diploma or degree or equivalent certification.
  • Must attain a minimum score of 4.5 IELTS, which should have been taken in the past 2 years.
  • Should be able to furnish sample documentation in support of residency in Manitoba.
  • Must furnish authorities with a Settlement Plan specifying interest in permanent residency in Manitoba.
